Our casks are hand selected in small batches to ensure a smooth whiskey that is rich in character. We bottle at strong proof so it maintains its complexity and texture.
Signature Small Batch Irish Blend
Look
Lighter in colour - smooth gold with auburn undertones. It's slightly cloudy which indicates presence of natural compounds.
Nose
Vibrant and fruity nose. Soft vanilla and sweet apricot.
Palate
Distinctly Irish and incredibly smooth. This is a fruity explosion of sweet pineapple with heavier, darker fruits. Feeling of chocolate and citrus flavours.
Finish
Silky and warm finish with leafy, herbal hints.
Casks
Aged in Bourbon Oak
Finished in Oloroso Sherry
